The worst place to come and do service. Unprofessional customer service. Their system doesn’t work properly. I had to sit down the entire day just for a brake change.
Today, I visited Langley Auto Services & Service Incorporated for a Maryland vehicle inspection. I appreciate that the technicians included photos of the items that failed the inspection. The pictures were helpful. However, I have one suggestion that I believe would greatly improve the customer experience. Wow. What a unique and special place. Tony, the head mechanic (and owner I assume?) is as kind and experience as possible. Had a nail in a tire and a national branded shop said we needed a new tire and then recommended the opposing tire be replaced and a new battery and oil change (and then brake fluid exchange when I called back to confirm all this). Fairly priced, honest and they do good work. Tony kept my old Acura running well for more than a decade!
