Phones don’t work appointments are months away and the services desk people think they are doctors
It is almost impossible to contact anyone or receive care in a timely manner. The earliest I can get an appointment, even for urgent care, is around 2 to 3 MONTHS! Prescriptions that used to get filled the same day as the appointment now take two days. Refills take at least 4 days. None of the primary care or pharmacy phones seem to work.
