Do not live here and do not store your vehicle here. I’ve had numerous packages stolen and I know so because UPS/FedEx/etc have shown proof of delivery photos of it in the lobby so I know it’s someone in the building. Management has made zero changes and done nothing to help in any of those situations. The garage under the buildings gate has been broken for over 50% of the time I’ve lived here (2 years) and it is $250 a month as a resident of the building to store your car. Have been a resident at Langham for about 2 years now. Never had an issue until recently. Off lately, a month to be precise there is no hot water in the morning (anytime between 6.30am-8am)We complained several times, but the response has been always cold- it’s only you who is complaining!!! I have also got a response that you should be showering at a different time since it’s really busy in morning. I don’t think that should be the response to solve the issue.
