The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the waiting period but that is because Ms. Janet did not want to sell me something that's was not up to her expectations and I respect that. Overall I had a great experience with the and I'm LOVING my 2003 Chevy Tahoe that I just became the owner of today. This was my first vehicle I've ever owned and she made my experience a very pleasant one. Thank you!!!!
