Lange Jeep hoist a top (simple) is awesome! Highly recommended!
I had a positive experience with customer service. I felt like they wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that they would take care of things. I purchased the Front Rack for my 2003 Jeep TJ and I could not get it installed. It did not seem to fit after trying numerous times. Turns out my kit was shipped with 2 driver-side side tubes and no passenger-side tube (they look very similar). Extremely happy with Lange Originals. I had a problem with my kayak rack that was out of warranty and they still took care of it. Support small business - especially when they have customer service like this!
I had a problem with some bolts that stripped out. Lange responded to my email on Monday. When I called as instructed, I was told that they would replace the parts. They arrived today! That is great service.

Bought your power hoist from Extreme Terrain. Best accessory for the Jeep so far! Install was no issue and at 5'0" 105 lbs, I can now safely remove my hardtop by myself.
Originally bought a hard top hoist for my 2012 JK Sahara 2 door. It worked perfectly for 2 years. Then I traded in my 2 door for a 4 door rubicon. Of course the hoist no longer fit. I called Lange Originals and the told me what I needed to convert my 2 door set up to the 4 door set up. Def will continue to do business and recommend Lange Originals to everyone.
