Ty did the inspection thoroughly on the home I'm hoping to purchase and did a great job he showed me quite a few items that I missed along the way after thoroughly checking it myself. Always prompt and does a very thorough inspection for my buyers. Reports are easy to understand and I really like the virtual inspection for clients that cannot make it to the actual home inspection.
