My son lived here for 2 years. Hi apartment was one of the newer ones with vinyl floors. The units are a bit old but comfortable. In general never had any problems but moving in and out was always a challenge as there is no parking. We were pleased that our full deposit was returned which from reading other sites can be a problem, but we spent quality time cleaning. A very convenient location which you will pay for. Kollege Klub noise can be annoying, get as high a floor as possible
Since new leases are being signed I wanted to give a review after living here for a little over 2 months. Overall I really love living here and the space is incredibly comfortable and livable, the only huge issue that has me not resigning and wanting to move already is the music from KK. I very much appreciate the responsive management team and quick maintenance repairs. I have requested maintenance for several times. Every time, they fix my problem perfectly in a short time. However, one problem could be the messy trash situation back in our building. Generally, love it!
