Amy Doran was the best Realtor for our Mom's house listing. She lived in the Community, knew so many people to network with and was available for all our needs. Our Mom was in Assisted Living near by, but my siblings were very far away. Amy volunteered to help with all our questions, and dilemmas. Elaine and Ann are probably the most incompetent realtors I've ever had to deal with. It took them 10 tries to get the language in the contract correct. I don't know if they're too old to know how to use the software required for their profession, or if they're just that careless, but either way I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
