I enjoyed working with Boulder Orthodontics folks. Friendly staff and cleanly office. I struggled throughout with communication with Dr Jensen. It seemed as if concerns were rarely followed up with or notated properly. Overall it seemed as if decent service was the goal rather than great.

We were in from out of town for medical treatment for my daughter’s seizure disorder. While in Boulder, my daughter’s orthodontic appliance came loose. Due to her condition, I was worried about leaving it that way for several more weeks until getting home. The staff at Boulder Orthodontics went out of their way to squeeze us in and it turned out that the appliance was completely broken and could have been dangerous. Everyone was really sweet in helping us and I highly recommend them. We really appreciate it.

These people have a commitment to perfection for your smile and it shows! They kept my treatment going at no extra cost until they were sure my teeth looked perfect and they were all super friendly/easy to work with. I'd come back here again, but I doubt I'll need to since they did such a great job. :)
