Every time I have contacted this company (that is supposed to manage our neighborhood) their reps have blown me off or lied to me. Unfortunately we don’t yet have any say in which property management company is selected but when we do I will not vote for Lang. They take their payment each quarter and do not deliver to the residents. If you’re looking for a management company, keep looking and stay as far away from Lang as you can get.
No one answered the phone after numerous attempts. Also no answering machine, nor did they reply to a prior message left when there was an answering machine.
Flawless customer service.
I exposed lying lacey coker for manipulating time sheets then she tried to get me to commit fraud and they fired me for it. God was watching it all and he will exact his punishment. It’s not going to be good!
