I’ve had a great experience working with Liz as a property manager. She’s professional, reliable, and truly cares about the properties and residents she manages. Liz is always quick to respond, handles everything with efficiency, and goes above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend them.
Lang wants payments on time but won’t explore a card that helps management companies and residents - I suggested The BILT credit card which is typically used by the management companies of co-op or condo to streamline payments and provide financial benefits to both landlords (or co-op associations) and residents. When I asked the response was it is not integrated with Vantaca so unfortunately no.
