The management company does not communicate well and the ancillary services are rarely on time.
I have been involved in both our community HOA and the village POA here in South Florida over the last 12 years and Lang is our property manager. They have always been on top of our finances and the demands for maintenance needs and budgetary recommendations. Their responsiveness has always been great. I highly recommend them for your HOA management.
