The selection is amazing and the staff super nice.
Like most people I don’t use a Jeweler that often. Sometimes I just need help with a watch or something cleaned. Even if I’ve not been into Lang’s for a year they know me when I come in. They listen, do a complete job and finish things when promised.
Lang has been exceptionally good to our family since we moved to Gainesville. The staff is friendly, candid, and does now omit details for expediency sake. From small purchases to milestone gifts, everything has been handled with kindness and the utmost professionalism.
