There is good reason for this review. We put down a deposit on a new side by side. In April 2025. We were told we’d have our new machine by mid May. We waited patiently until June to call in to see what was going on. Staff was not very helpful and told we would be given a call call back to see where our machine was. That never happened. My husband called back 2 weeks later and was we were on a wait list for our machine and we were first in line and it should be after memorial day. I will probably not go with Lang Equipment again. The bad boy tractor I got is awesome, but the customer service is terrible. The hydraulic lines on the grapple bucket I got are leaking. All of them. I tried tightening a couple up a little and they stripped out. I just want some new lines to fix it with so I can use it but the communication is terrible. I recently purchased an LS tractor from Lang Equipment and had a great experience from start to finish. Kellen was my salesman—super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth without any pressure. He answered all my questions and helped me get exactly what I needed. Rick handled the delivery and did an awesome job getting everything dropped off and set up. He took the time to walk me through the tractor and made sure I was comfortable before he left.
