The staff were impatient, impolite and not very accommodating to a customer attempting to purchase in excess of 3k in materials. Rushed and very short in conversation, we chose to pay a few dollars more to buy from coastal hardware, they were delightful and willing to take a few extra moments to help work through an issue we were having with our payment method.
We are a contractor from out of town and homeowner in St Simons. These guys have been the absolute best to deal with. Prices are fair, but the quality of service has been unmatched. Never had a building supply so hands on, friendly, and efficient as they are. Impeccable service and friendly everytime we have called. Super fast on deliveries and returns as well. We've requested a load, and it's been there within an hr or so. Again top notch place! Brian, Andy, and Steve and have been great. Thanks again.
This is the best lumber yard in our region. Prices are evenly matched across the board with local competitors, and the service Lang offers is unparalleled! Phenomenal group of employees that go above and beyond to meet builder and homeowner expectations. I will definitely keep Lang as my first choice in my future of building in this area!
