Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider rush your appointment? No Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider treat every client equally? Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely!
