Lane Surgery center did an amazing job the moment I walked in. Friendly, informative and without hesitation. It was very clear that this group had a customer service as their top priorities. This was just the waiting room.. Once they had me in the back, more of the same, a smooth transition.... it was cold in the back, mynurse picked up on the fact I was cold.
