Lane Surgery center did an amazing job the moment I walked in. Friendly, informative and without hesitation. It was very clear that this group had a customer service as their top priorities. This was just the waiting room.. Once they had me in the back, more of the same, a smooth transition.... it was cold in the back, mynurse picked up on the fact I was cold. 2nd Cataract surgery very smooth. Surgery Center full of the best nurses. Susan prepped me and was a delight. Dr. Kuhn a master, very kind to her staff. Sherry, April and the rest of the surgical staff extremely kind and professional. Aleena post op nurse is a dynamo. Fun, efficient, very caring. I would recommend Lane Surgery Center 100%.
