Paramedic Mike McNally and EMT Brooke Morrison are highly trained and it showed when they assisted in a medical emergency. The were both extremely professional, polite and compassionate. I cannot praise them and the Lane team enough for what they provided to us that day and everyday to the community. Thank you. You are the best!
"Rude, unprofessional behavior from staff during transport. Ignored important resident info, showed no courtesy , and were dismissive. This repeated unprofessionalism is unacceptable and needs immediate attention."
They are corrupt, send $400 bill for just showing up, even though you didn't call . The person on the phone refused to send it to insurance and so I complained. Don't hire them. Don't trust them. Don't sign nothing. Sound illegal not to run insurance before sending such a big big bill for nothing.
Horrible experience. Had a man named Shawn Whitehouse respond to our 911 call of my 5 week old baby who stopped breathing and turned blue. He started breathing on his by the time emt got there. Mr. Whitehouse told us this was not an emergency and our baby would be fine. Sometimes they just do that. Told us we didn’t need to go to the hospital if we didn’t want to. You have way too many people that are very rude and ignorant When a person calls obviously they need help I’m already in the ambo with a paramedic and the driver girl was in house interrogating my wife Just stabilize as best you can and get that person to the hospital My neice got one that’s said “What’s the matter now!” Very ignorant 90% of them Shame on your whole business
