Always rude. Always unprofessional. Usually slow for no real reason. Treat patients like second class citizens & push false medical advice, due to the fact most of them are obviously lazy, uneducated & don't want to transport. Absolute trash employees.

Worst experience of my life. Had this extremely rude man (Shawn Whitehouse) show up after calling 911. He tried telling me that my 5 week old, who had stopped breathing and turned blue for over a minute, didn’t need to go to the hospital. And that sometimes babies just stop breathing and turn blue. THEN took us to the wrong hospital. ETA: my baby was actually having seizures and ended up on a ventilator for 2 days.

I needed transported to the hospital because of abdominal pain and they showed up with the ambulance and did a great job helping me but some one else call the firetruck. They said they were a 911 service but I did not call 911 or the Boardman fire department.

I needed an ambulance, dialed 911, they sent Lanes to my home. They took my vitals, complained about being there, were rude and dismissive of me the entire time, we ended up not going to the hospital, but I still got a hefty bill a few days later in the mail. What a bunch of clowns.

The one paramedic was a straight up disrespectful man .I've been trying fr 6 days to get a hold of the chief or Robin who is suppose to b in charge. Not one call back.i bet if I owed a bill they would call.He was of ignorant all the way into the hospital !!!!!
