One of the best customer service experiences. I purchased a gift for my mom and when an unexpected issue arose Lane Jewelers helped with smiles and patience and made sure the final item was something she absolutely loved. I can't say enough good things about them. They are all the reasons why people should shop small. Highly recommended.
What an amazing "discovery" in the heart of the Financial District in Manhattan. I took in two pendants which I wanted converted to a broach ("lapel pin" for younger readers). The proprietor, or maybe the manager, met with me personally. I explained what I wanted, which he understood immediately. We had a nice chat. He gave me a great price on making the changes I wanted, and my new broaches will be ready to pick-up by the end of the week. It just doesn't get any better! You cannot go wrong here.

This store is tucked away on Pine Street - however its a great jewelry store. The store was closing on a Friday as they should on a beautiful day, however they opened the door and asked how they could help me. I needed a link to a watch removed, as the other day I came in to get 5 links removed from my very own watch. Service was quick and to the point.
