The staff is completely unprofessional and have told untruths about ordering contacts. I ordered color contacts but was given a trial pair of completely different contact lenses. When I tried I the color contacts they scratch my eye and the base curve is completely different than my trial. I called before I opened them and told them my concern the young woman told me to try those on and if they don’t for they’ll just have to get me the clear ones. The office in Jacksonville seems to have trouble keeping the same person there for assistance. Out of the three times that I have been there to inquire about my wife's glasses, I have talked to three different people. And no one has been able to tell us what the status is. They were sent off to the lab a month ago and can't get any answers. One of the office worker was very rude and probably does not need to be working in any type of customer oriented environment.
