Dr. Lane and his staff are the best!
I had an excellent appointment at Lane Dental today. Due to other health issues, I had not had my teeth cleaned in 3 years and was not looking forward to this appointment. The front office staff was polite and efficient. Cassie was my hygienist. She was awesome! She didn’t “scold” me for waiting so long between cleanings! She took x-rays and measured my gums before she started the cleaning. The cleaning was pain free and thorough. Dr. Lane came in and examined my mouth, neck and tongue. If I could give Dr. Lane more than five stars, I absolutely would. I've recommended Dr. Lane to just about everyone I know because he has consistently provided the best experience I've ever had with any service provider—not just dentists, but anyone. He's personable, honest, incredibly skilled, and genuinely cares about his patients. You never feel rushed or like you're just another appointment on the schedule. Dr. Lane is by far the best Dentist in Austin and surrounding areas. I have been to some real shady dentist offices in my life and I am so glad I found Dr. Lane, he has been my Dentist for about 4 years now and is very honest and never try’s to over sell or be pushy. He fixes what is needed and is very gentle about that as well. He has done extractions when I had an emergency and to this day still has PTSD over my extraction that left him with needing a message from all the pulling and tugging!!!!
