Ugg. It used to be good but lately my experience has not been. For some resson the physician turnover is terrible. Why? They dont answer the phone They dont get back to you: I called about something that needed antibiotics and they didnt call back for a week. In the meen time i ended having to go to urgent care and was prescribed antibiotics as i was getting pretty sick. Im just over it. Done with them.
Have been coming here frequently for everything. It has been nothing but great. The front desk staff is really kind and the NP is patient and I feel like she listens when I voice concerns or have questions.
