Do not use this company, appraisal came back with comps that were outside the market and out of date, they decided to exclude parts of properties that the deem of no value based on their opinion. When called to decuss the issues they are rude and unhelpful.
I would caution anyone from using Lane for their appraisal services. Their initial appraisal of my home contained comparisons of irrelevant properties and the photos of the comparisons in the report didn't match the actual property being compared. There are plenty of good appraisal company's in the Savannah area, so do your homework.
Lane Appraisal was fantastic! I had no problems at all with my appraisal! The other rating is ridiculous and its probably because they thought their crappy house was worth more!! I will use Lane Appraisal again!! Thanks
