Rip off merchants, who change the rules whenever they feel like it. Terrible customer service. In early August, a driver reported air conditioning problems with my car. I took it to Smith Buick, they said nothing was wrong, and did not charge me anything. So far so good. Soon after another driver reports noise problems from the engine compartment or transmission. I took the car back to Smith Buick, this time they charged me $117 for diagnostics, which they said was their minimum fee when nothing was wrong with the vehicle. T... read more
