Smith Buick is Awesome. We contacted 7 dealerships and quite frankly from my initial phone contact to Todd and Daniel I was impressed from the start and drove almost 100 miles one way not to be disappointed. Todd and Daniel were Awesome to work with in purchasing the new Buick Encore and trading in our Cadillac SRX. If zero stars was an option I'd choose that. This is the absolute worst dealership in the area and probably the United States. They are so unorganized with little to no leadership; all the way to the GM. We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and when it was Lane Buick, it was awesome. We did an early return of our previous lease and the dealership was supposed to make the remaining payments. They waited and destroyed our credit. Take accountability for their actions and communicate with their customers.
Took my car for a recall, and a repair of the truck and finished with the cylinder of my top convertible broken, and now the part is no longer in production so I have a broken convertible. To say I am pissed its the least of the words, would not recommend this place even if it were the only dealership in the world.
Dragging their feet getting me checks. Costing me money every day called several times. Never a return call
I am trying to rebuild my financial situation and get into a reliable car for my family and went to Smith Buick GMC. I do not plan to return. They tried to take advantage of me in any way they could! I get it, they are a car dealership but I've had decent experiences and this was not one of them. Beware of their printed up sheets with dishonest financing information and be sure to see the actual information from the lenders. My wife car was rear ended . I took it in for estimate and it was fast and painless , they took my wife’s car and even had it fixed days before they estimated us . Their email notifications are awesome to keep track of your vehicle . The staff was freaking amazing 😉. I promise you this when I got to buy a new car in the next two months I will be going here .
