My first time in was amazing. Katie was so sweet and I loved how sweet the staff was. They were more than welcoming and very hospitable.
Not the best experience. Tried to get a vein in both arms. Half way through donation they adjusted the needle and got air in the lines and then had to throw away the blood donation. Was a waste of time in my opinion.
