Don’t use this car wash unless you want a bunch of scratches on your vehicle. Used to be good, but last few times I went, I noticed circular scratches all over the back of my vehicle.

Me rallaron mi auto!. Si no quieren dañar su vehículo eviten meterlo en este car wash. Rallaron mi auto. Mi esposo fue a reclamar y le dijeron que se iban a contactar con el, todavía estamos esperando respuestas. A parte el auto sale sucio igual casi que como lo entras.

I had a membership with Land Shark for about a year, and overall, the experience was just okay. I typically visited at least once a week, and during those visits, I occasionally ran into issues with some of the vacuums not working, which was frustrating. That said, the staff generally seemed attentive, and while there were a few instances where towels weren’t stocked, it wasn’t a frequent problem. showed up right at 7:30am since that’s the posted opening time, but the place didn’t actually open until closer to 8 because staff arrived late. On top of that, you’re now charging $5 just to use the vacuums, which used to be free. If you’re going to start charging, the least you can do is be open on time and fully stocked, but there weren’t even any towels available. There are plenty of other car washes in the area that are better run than this.

No longer Landshark. Landshark never contacted me or refunded my membership despite not owning this location anymore. How are you going to keep my monthly membership active and charge me when the car wash no longer exists??
