I want to provide an update to my original review. The manager Will contacted me early this morning and took the time to personally explain what happened. During the period when my Mercedes was deemed a total loss, the company was in the process of changing systems, which unfortunately caused a lapse in communication regarding my cancellation request. While I like this car wash, I was told that if I signed up for a membership I would get the first three months for $9.99 but on my second month I was charged $20. When I asked the manager on my next visit, he said the employee was not correct and shouldn't have offered that and that he would not honor that special. If they offer you any special, make sure you get it in writing.
I had such a great experience at this car wash! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about doing a great job. Peter greeted me right away, explained the options, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. My car came out spotless—inside and out—and they even took extra time to make sure everything looked perfect before I drove off. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. Highly recommend if you want a clean car and a team that truly goes above and beyond!
