We are a community 24 bldgs, 88 units of older retirees and have experienced not only thretening behavior but horrible service from these people. The team is never on time, never gives sufficient amount of manhours, overcharging by a minimum of $7,000 annually, taged on an early termination harge of $5,000, and are constantly intimidating the older members of our community. Did hire this company but their two workers were sitting at the circle k on stadium drive in phenix city when I pulled in to get gas as I pulled up to the pump my car ran out of gas and couldn't move well the driver pulls up and honks the horn and wants me to move but I can't out of gas as time goes he ask me to move and we told him we can't as time on he wasn't haven't it so he got angry that I wouldn't move he so I argued back but at the same time he told me that if he wasn't at work he would take care of me.Also after a f... read more
Was in the Columbus Park Crossing shopping center today and saw this crew removing the plants in the planters and the “lady” with the arrow just threw the trash in the planter in too the bushes next to it, that is very unprofessional yeah I know the trash was not supposed to be there but they had trash bags out and still thought it better to make it some else’s problem.
Its October 6th between 8:50 am and 9:50 am. their truck parked on First Avenue close to 13th downtown Columbus. 3 or 4 men were in the vehicle. 1 white male started blowing leaves towards median and all around and the other 2 stayed by the truck on their phones for over 40 minutes only to look up and check out women as they were walking by to work etc. The 2 that stayed behind are African American, I see them from across the street laughing and saying God knows what as people walk by towards the bank.
