Absolutely terrible. I live in West Rock Condos, and unfortunately, we’ve become one of the biggest eyesores in Germantown, largely due to the landscaping, or lack thereof. The grounds often look abandoned, with grass and weeds growing up to two feet high and dead shrubs scattered throughout that are rarely maintained. When trimming does happen, it’s done carelessly, leaving plants butchered and debris behind. Heaven help you if your neighbors hire these walnuts. They will own all the parking and some of the driving space of your street. I m so glad my inconsiderate new neighbors have finally finished their project and these guys trucks are finally off my street. If you hate your neighbors, consider landscape workshops. If you see your neighbors hire these people, list your house immediately, they are doing something that when finished will devalue your home if you are very close to where they are working.
