RecommendedI was able to buy plants online, pay over the phone and have a no contact delivery all in the same day with Landscape Materials Northwest. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. I asked all my questions and made my order via Facebook messenger. These folks are top notch in customer service. Since I wanted to avoid contact in their space to keep them and myself safe with social distancing, I had many questions and they answered them all without ever making me feel like I was an inconvenience.

Purchased discounted trees and full price shrubs last fall. The shrubs were an impulse buy at full price and lost 2 of 5 the first year. After contacting the company they said that there is no warranty/ return policy. Stick to their $39 trees, avoid the shrubs.
