Absolutely terrific! Wonderful customer service and excellent products.
Beware!!! I ordered in-ground well lights which are supposed to be waterproof. After the first rain, almost all of the lights took in water and are damaged. The company won't refund or exchange for different lights. I was told to ship them at my own cost and they would repair them. I was promised the manager would contact me but he never did. This is an unacceptable return policy. Not recommended!
Worst company and above that there shipper is even worst.. They delivered the product to another house which is not even in that current street. It was outside for 4 weeks due to good neighborhood it was not stolen. Now coming down to product.. it was supposed to be outside lighting and been in the box it should have protected but the rims are bent. The product then reviewed by local contractor .. he mentioned we would get much better product from local home depot or Lowes for better price and WARANTY. These products are SHA... read more
The Lifetime warranty claim by Volt Lighting is a sham. The low voltage transformer I ordered quit working and I had to send them back at my expense only to hear a lame excuse that I hard wired the unit instead of plugging in. I am a licensed contractor and have been doing this work for the last 26 years. It is shame that some companies who make big claims about their product now wants to void the warranty on petty grounds. Great products and excellent customer service. I've had to return lights that I ordered wrong and they refunded me quickly and helped me get the right ones. Will definitely buy from them again.
