The lights look great, are well built, and installation was easy. But a company's reputation is built on how they handle things when things go wrong, and in that case Volt did not disappoint. We started out by purchasing two underwater lights from Volt for installation at our dock. The shipping was lightning fast - just two days later we’d received them and got them installed and were so pleased, we ordered four more. Great customer service, great product with lifetime warranty and full under dock lighting for a fraction of the green light cost! Thank you Volt Lighting!!!
Just installed 9 path lights and 2 spots...Awesome quality, and good value. Additionally I, uhm, broke an item and they were more than happy to help me out with a replacement. Brass fixtures are well made, with heavy gauge metal, good gaskets and sealant around the lenses. I'm looking forward to many years of good services from these lights and they've added a nice touch to complete my landscaping project. Look no further!
Great product but highly disappointed that my #1 item purchased, the 4 path light and 8 up light kit went up 30% in cost. Thats a huge increase!
I'm giving Volt Lighting 3 stars because of their outrageous shipping charges on small orders. I just placed an order for some power leads and jumpers for strip lighting and the total of my order was $8.36. The shipping charge is $11.25 for something that will most likely be delivered in an envelope. I have ordered small items like this before and paid this over inflated price foe shipping but I'm thinking I'll look elsewhere for a product that ships free or at least at a reasonable price. Great product and customer service. We have 8 LED brass spots and 6 LED path lights that have been running flawlessly for over 3 years. That adds up to over 15000 hours of lighting. Ours average 12.6 hours of on time year round. Recently had one path light go out and received a replacement in two days. The spots are like little cannon balls.
