After paying for 3 treatments and cancelling the fourth because of not being satisfied with the results , my yard looks like a hay field. I have never had so many weeds. Richard, the owner, needs to work on his customer service skills. He told me very bluntly that because of the dry weather the treatments failed but refused to come back and try to help the situation. He did the same thing with me, my sister and my brother. We are very dissatisfied with his service and would not recommend him.
They just don't do a good job. After they weedeated, we had to go back and finish. We gave them multiple chances but we finally fired them.
