Paid over $4000 for this company (Tom) to do some drainage landscaping. They did not perform the agreed upon work, and left it up to me to determine the value of the unfinished work. Then, after the work was performed, we had heavy rain, and the work they did perform was not sufficient to solve the drainage issues. I contacted Tom, and he promised a fix, but never heard from him again. Do not trust this company.

We have a tri-level home with half our living space below grade. We were having issues with water leaking in during heavy or sustained rain. I searched for over a year to find the right company with the right solution (not easy to find in AZ!). Although we were hesitant to pay for an estimate up front we went ahead and did it and I am so glad we did.
