Twice now I've received offer for about 40 per. Of true market cash value for my property In Brookings oregon I'm not sure if you're just scammers or not educated on true cash value.Would appreciate being removed from your mailing list

Predatory and extremely shady. I have been receiving offers for less than 10% of the value of a property. If you are desperate enough to consider selling for quick cash, please look elsewhere or auction your property. It is heartbreaking that this sort of "business" is legal.
Buisness was easy and transparent. Thank you John for working with us. We love the parcel we purchased.
Be very Leary of this business. I received a shady letter with an outrageous offer of 75% below the value of my property. Not even close to a fair price. Definitely consult an attorney or at least a realtor before talking with them.
