In town for a family get away. We have a McCormack and Schmicks at home and love it there. As a fellow Landry’s l assumed we would have the same quality level of service. BOY was I wrong. We came in looking for a quick bite and drink at the bar. The host told us that the bar seating was full but he would be seating several couples at tables in the next 15-20 min and we would be able to be sat. So we waited. I’ve been coming here for YEARS!!! A local. I’ve ALWAYS had the BEST 5 star experience.. I usually order snow crab and oysters $$$$ ... this is the first I’ve ever being dismissed and treated unwelcome by the manager Todd K. Ansteth .. I asked for him to lightly dim the shades and he told me “oh well” and stopped mid sentence to address a to go order. Randell was the best manager this place has ever had .. think twice before coming here and spending big money .. I will for now on go to Wasabis. The best sushi in town

I eat at Landry’s all over the country every chance I get. This location in Branson is Applebee’s with a Landry’s sign out front. That’s where the manager belongs too! Steak was a flip flop! Shrimp were rubber, burger was some rock from the moon! DO NOT GO HERE!

We ordered takeout. DoorDash picked it up. The order was missing food (we were charged for) and "Nancy" - surprisingly disrespectful and rude - argued with us after multiple "on holds" about how it had to be anyone else's fault. Seriously I've never heard someone so rude. I almost hopped in the car to go over and meet Nancy. Holy cow. Anyhow, $85 meal and what we DID get, was no better than Captain D's or Red Lobster. I am being serious. Still blown away how rude Nancy is. wowsers.
