Waited for 45 minutes and the lady lied and said she called our name 3 times outside when we were sitting by the door waiting. She never called our name. People that came in after us were being seated...
Lousy service and can't get seated.
RecommendedThe food was amazing and the service was quick! Our server was Jacob and he recommended the best entrees and substitutions! He was lively, made us laugh, and made us feel at home! He truly treated us how he'd like to be treated! 10/10 would recommend!
My hubby and I was in for a nice surprise. From the moment our hostess sat us down to the end of our meal we were treated great the customer service was awesome our server was Todd. He explained the menu and the specials for tonight. Atmosphere was relaxing and clean. We will be back great food and wonderful service.

Waitress was very good..Food was terrible..Shrimp overcooked & cold..Fish overcooked..Plates were nasty..1st batch of bread was very hard & cold..There were 5 of us & we probably dropped $250 for some cold overcooked fish & seafood..WON'T be back !
Be sure and do not make a reservation if you expect to be ten minutes early. There were plenty of open tables when we arrived, with nobody waiting except us. When I asked the seating staff he told me there were open tables. We were then made to wait anyway. After five minutes they began to seat us, but the staff member became rude and wouldn’t seat us until he “explained” to us why he made us wait. Don’t insist on arguing with people. Just seat them.
It was a awesome atmosphere and great wait staff.
Just had dinner at Landry’s and was very impressed from the wonderful, friendly service we received from our server Lance to the amazing food and clean restaurant. The manager JP took very good care of us. We will definitely be back when we visit Branson in the future.
