Having no experience with bicycles at all, they both set me up with a brand new Wahoo Kickr (online smart trainer) that connects to the Zwift app. They got me everything I needed and when I even brought my bike home and couldn't hook it up, they came out to my residence the same day to make sure everything was good-to-go. Friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy advice and great service
Went in looking for a front brake for my sons bmx.. Customer service stopped when they realized I did not purchase the bike there. Right from the start I simply asked if there were any brakes I could look at... kid proceeded to tell me how difficult it is to pick a brake out (I understand they are not universal) but the kid was talking to me as of I was looking for a part to the Space shuttle.... I did not get to look at any brakes. You guys sure didn’t go out of your way for me.... 👎🏻

Deep bench of talent. Brandon (GM) and Orion (Service Mgr) have helped me many times with my road, MTB, and hybrid bikes, often going above and beyond. Both are talented bike and shoe fitters, and can turn a wrench, too. Jeff gives TLC to my MTB. Luca gave my 5-year-old Trek DS a new fork and lease on life. Cindy, Tammy and Cam on the sales floor are friendly and helpful. 5 stars across the board for this team.
Greg is my go to guy for maintaining my road bike. He is meticulous and surgical. Greg really dials in my ride. Everyone I've met there - Patricia, Hannah, Aaron - is customer-focused and genuinely nice. Wide range of bikes for just about any budget.
