Great service for years My experience with Landry's is much different from the other poster. I've been doing business with Landry's since they were in Easton, and I can't say enough about the quality of the service I've received there. Even when the place is packed I never feel like they are trying to avoid me. We've bought all our mountain bikes and road bikes there (11 bikes now), and they have always come through for us. I think this will be a bike to school as often as possible kind of year and so I reached out to a friend to see where to go... my kids’ bikes were three sizes too small and rusted to boot. We had a fantastic experience at Landry’s ‘tent sale’ in Marlboro today. The employee picked out the perfect bike for three of my kids on the first try. The excitement I had buying the bike I had to have no matter the cost, the chain and pedal came off while riding the bike on the 3rd ride. I was totally upset crying not able to get a whole of any one due to COVID shut down. I even tried the head quarters I was literally out of my mind. I initially had a bad experience with Landry’s regarding a purchase of a bike that I had made for my 4 year old son but they turned my initial bad experience in to a really pleasant experience as they went above and beyond in helping us fix the issue. Mr Mark who I believe is the owner personally called me and was willing to fix the issue by coming over to my house but fortunately he was able to walk through on the phone with my husband who was able to fix it with his help and it was an easy fix. A big THANK YOU to everyone at Landry’s. My daughter got a new bike for her birthday but it had a faulty tire. Landry replaced the tire, added tassels and we were done within 30 minutes. We’ve been socially distancing and on quarantine for 15 days due to COVID-19. The staff made it very easy, I called when I got there, left the bike outside of my car, they came and got it, repaired it, wiped it clean with Lysol, brought it back to my car with gloves on and I paid over the phone.
