I initially had a bad experience with Landry’s regarding a purchase of a bike that I had made for my 4 year old son but they turned my initial bad experience in to a really pleasant experience as they went above and beyond in helping us fix the issue. Mr Mark who I believe is the owner personally called me and was willing to fix the issue by coming over to my house but fortunately he was able to walk through on the phone with my husband who was able to fix it with his help and it was an easy fix. A big THANK YOU to everyone at Landry’s. My daughter got a new bike for her birthday but it had a faulty tire. Landry replaced the tire, added tassels and we were done within 30 minutes. We’ve been socially distancing and on quarantine for 15 days due to COVID-19. The staff made it very easy, I called when I got there, left the bike outside of my car, they came and got it, repaired it, wiped it clean with Lysol, brought it back to my car with gloves on and I paid over the phone. They have Lysol wipes outside and no customers... read more
