From initial contact through closing, Team Landry went above and beyond in selling our property. Bob, Linda, and Dawna were amazing. House had been listed previously to them stepping in for almost 4 months. They stepped in March 28th or so. They had me under contract in as little as one week. It was a true blessing, because the new owners wanted a short closing. We went into contract April 12th and closed April 28th, 2025. We cannot say enough great things about Linda and Bob (Team Landry Solutions). We were selling our house in Colorado Springs while living in Texas and it was very very difficult! As soon as Bob and Linda took over we felt immediately relieved. They were in constant contact with us as well as the appropriate people throughout the sell to get it done as quickly as possible. It went so smoothly once they took over! We cannot thank them enough for all the work they did to get our house sold! Highly highly recommend!!! 😊
