Excellent service, understanding and Very comforting with patients with dental anxiety
If I could provide less than half a star, I would! In the last 3 years, it has happened time and time again where they screw up appointments. When they send a notification for an appointment reminder with the time and date that has the right information on it, you'll then receive a text the day the appointment to tell your the appointment time has changed. Love this place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy smooth process with benefit billing . My dentist Dr.S is top notch. And especially my dental hygienist Jayden Very informed and super gentle touch. Excellent experience all around. Right down to the reception. Courtney great too.
Worst dentists office ever. I hated going here the employees and dentist is arrogant. They rudely don’t speak in English around English patients. It’s impossible to get a timely appointment, and there is no parking. I switched to another provider.
