I rented a unit through this company, and my experience with Agnes Chow, the landlord’s representative, was quite disappointing. After moving out, I was told that the bathtub and stove were “not clean enough”, and instead of allowing me to re-clean those areas or hiring a cleaner just for that, they hired a cleaner that “does not do partial cleaning” and charged $320 for a full-unit cleaning without noticing. I have a chance to work on a deal with both Garry and Kent and they are very professional. Today, there are like 100,000+ agent in the GTA and what stand out is they are able to provide answer throughly when I have questions to ensure everything go very smoothly. They kept in constant communication and they are responsive at the same time. I look forward to work with Garry and Kent in future deals and other agents as well.
