Jessica has helped me find a condo at an excellent location, and patiently answered all the questions I had, she was very helpful and responsive.
Agent asked/required an obscene amount of financial information, no potential tenant in their right mind would share this information. The ludicrous expectations of an "acceptable" tenant, (I have a credit score of 823 granted) are apparently some sort of fantasy land. Strongly suggest using any other agency for anyone who is not of asian descent. Got the feeling it was not anything other than my background which was denied.
