We submitted a full-asking-price offer on a property. The next day, when we called to check on its status, we were told the sellers had already accepted a different offer that had come in that same morning, meaning our full-price offer was never given real consideration before another buyer swooped in. Get ready to give up your first born child and then as you’re ready to hand it over, they’ll tell you they don’t want it anymore.
