The management is really bad and very, very low level. They waste time by lying so as not to fix the problems. You have problems from the air conditioner to the roof damage and cleaning to the inattention of the management. I hope as an investor and building owner they pay a little attention to the management of the buildings so that they can keep the tenants satisfied.
If you’re a property owner thinking about leasing your building through this company, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. They’re polite and professional before you sign the contract—but once they have your business, their priorities shift entirely. They are extremely slow to respond to any issues, and when problems arise with tenants or the property, they drag their feet or ignore them altogether.
