I would strongly recommend Dr. Poteat. He and his staff are excellent. Mostly my appointments have been routine, but recently had a tooth infection that required an oral surgeon. Dr. Poteat saw me the same day, did what he could to address the infection and immediately got me in to see the oral surgeon. At every turn, he exceeded my expectations. Feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful dentist.
Called as a new patient with an emergency and was seen one hour later. Dr. Poteat was knowledgeable about my problem and offered a choice of treatment plans. He took his time, explaining everything in detail. He went above and beyond to assist me, great guy!
