They have family of 3 living there for free and other family members moving there too do same and didnt even have to apply for a apartment .
I lived there for 3 years, the actual changes happened in the community after new management. The property Manager, Rod was one of the most cooperative property manager I have ever seen. He respond well, he understand your concerns, he help you alot, he made changes on community road, he renovated apartments, the maintenance service was good, A new kids park was setup in community after management changes and Rod took lot of efforts to make happen .. overall it was good time staying in Landmark west
I used to live there yrs ago and loved it. I was there for six yrs. I often said i would be back if they ever allowed pets. My old neighbor moved in there last yr. It’s absolutely beautiful. They have done a great job updating apts.paving and planting new trees. I’d move back there if i can get an apt in the last building that faces the woods. I miss waking up to the wild turkeys! Very lazy mangement an handyman the office is never open an don't expect to have the parking lot salted in the winter either
