I just door dashed here and the whole lobby smells like sewer. Not like poop, not a way of saying it smells bad. I’m not using an analogy, it smells like a literal sewer pipe.
RUN DONOT WALK!!! This place is heavily infested with roaches. Although they spray monthly the problem is beyond that at this point. I was visiting my father and left my drink unattended for less than 15 minutes, when I returned to take a sip there were 2 roaches floating in my drink! It was like 3:00pm and it’s not the first time my father has told me. Recently I had to clean his refrigerator from too top to bottom due to seeing roaches inside the frig! Location, location, location, the building is old but the HOA seems to be working on updating it. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. Views from 11th floor are spectacular, love it.
It's a nice location that is two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. However, the building is really old, and I think it has a lot of pipe issues that need to be addressed. I would recommend it if you want to be close to the beach or boardwalk.
