The Landmark has a wine dinner 4-5 times a year. I (we) have been attending as many as we can make for 15 years. The wine pairings are great and the chef is fantastic. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Our group (depending who is available) is anywhere from 4 to 14 people. We live 45 minutes from the tavern, but if you live further or just want to turn it into an overnight, there is an Inn on the upper level. Great place.

The French onion soup was outstanding. Our waitress Kim was friendly, efficient and helpful. I also had the chicken and it was so moist, melted in your mouth. Finished dinner with apple crisp ala mode. My helping was very generous. You won't be disappointed in dining at this fine restaurant. The place has good ambiance.
Great food amid a truly historic atmosphere. Great place to have a fine meal when antiquing or visiting nearby Colgate University!
