I worked with Millie to sell a condo in Leisure Glen after my grandmother passed away. Living out of state, I was unable to get to NY frequently, but Millie handled all of the aspects of the sale and was always responsive and professional. She knows the Glen very well, including all of the rules and regulations, and helped us find local contractors to do some minor repairs. We previously used Millie on another estate sale and I would highly recommend her services.
Millie is the consummate professional. The depth of her expertise in both the process and knowledge of the area she serves makes her a valuable person to have assist you with your RE transaction. Always available via email and phone - she does an outstanding job of following up and keeping you informed as to status of transaction. I have dealt with Millie twice now - once as a buyer in 2002 and currently as a seller - each time being a positive experience!
