I paid a $1500 deposit and lived in one of their properties for 26 months with on time payments and left the home spotless. So spotless, that the next tenant moved right in. I requested a walk through prior to my departure, they refused. This is a tactic to trump up charges and steal security deposits. This place is horrible. Not only are they rude, they are vicious! As a landlord, I've let Landmark manage a few of my properties, I later find out that my tenants were upset because Landmark would not call them back or scheduled repairs. When the tenants leave (its like taking a kid to the dentist), they are nearly impossible to reach just so i can scheduled a walk around for a estimate on repairs.
